In the event that you change your mind or encounter any issues with the product, our straightforward return and exchange policy is in place to facilitate a hassle-free process. Return Policy 

We hope that you love your purchase from ADA Baby Shop. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns on all items within 14 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality, unused, and undamaged.  *Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs*

What is the return process?

  • The name used to place the order

  • Your order number

  • State which item you'd like to return or exchange and a brief description as to why you'd like to return or exchange your item.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless upgraded. We offer free USPS First Class Mail on all orders over $75. The standard USPS First Class Mail is not insured; please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping. We give each of our customers the option to upgrade their shipping. Once shipped, you can expect your item within 2–7 days. This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time. Please note that ADA Baby Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail. This option does not include tracking and generally takes about 21 days to arrive at its destination (sometimes longer). International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office. ADA Baby Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like upgraded international shipping that includes tracking, please contact us prior to ordering. Lost or Stolen Packages ADA Baby Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier, we will offer our best advice on how to work with your shipping carrier, but it is the buyer's responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.
